SILVER RAY - This ray is feminine (yin) in nature, soothing and comforting. It relates to the lunar energies of Archangel Auriel and angels of the moon. The Silver Ray allows us to see ourselves in a different light. It illuminates and reflects energy; it is fluid, soft, yielding and a naturel tranquillizer. The Silver Ray helps to balance the fluid functions of the body as well as the female hormones. This Ray also governsthe feminine right side of the brain. It helps yu use your intuition and analyse your feelings and instincts.
GOLD RAY - Powerful and masculine (yang) in nature, The Gold Ray relates to the energy of the Sun and solar angels. The Sun has some positive physiological effects on humans, making us feel happy and positive when we are exposed to it. This Ray clears parasitic energies and stops unwanted outside energy from influencing us, allowing us to remain beyond corruption. It also helps with masculine, left-brain situations, where logic and systematic thought processes are required, and helps us take appropriate action.
COPPER RAY - Very feminine in nature, but in a different way from Silver. The Copper Ray is the dynamic, vigorous, primal aspect of the feminine psyche. It carries the energies of renewal, creativity, birth and the female womb. The Copper Ray allows us to bring our dreams and desires to reality, especially if we tune into the energy of the great Earth Mother or Grandmother energy. It holds ancient memories and creative power beyond our limited human understanding. It helps us to make life-changing decisions that make our dreams a reality.
PLATINUM RAY - Masculine in nature, but in a different way from gold, the Platinum Ray brings healing to the male aspect of our personality. It helps overcome anger and agression and releases peny-up fiery emotions. It rnasmutes competitive agression into peaceful cooperation. The Platinum Ray is very piercing, penetrating, focused and pristine. It can reflect agressive negative energy back to its source and exposes the untrue. It is very cleansing to the human energy system and the environment, giving us the skills required to flourish in the storm of chaos.

It is also wonderful and powerful to Meditate on the Sun and Moon in Harmony. The purpose is to harmonise the male and female aspects - balancing the right and left brain hemispheres to activate the Fourth Eye Chakra. More information to come on how to practise this meditation in the next post.

Changing The Energy
Hello Everyone for 2013. So much energy affecting people at this time/space.

Changing The Energy:
Here are some simple ways to change your surroundings and positively influence your life and help manage stress...
Did you know that you can dramatically alter the conditions of your life simply by implementing changes in the energy fields in your living environment?
By changing the energy template in your home, you can change the energy. This will affect the way people feel about you and the way you feel about yourself and the world around you. So you must decide what area of your life is stressful and create the template in your home that remedies the stress. For example, if you want to create abundance in your life, create an abundance template in your home. If you seek peace, create an environment that projects an energy of deep inner peace.
What is your current home template?
Examine the template you have created for yourself in your home. Does it add to your stress or does it bring stress relief? What overall energy does your home project? Does your home project the template that you want for yourself? Are you happy about the messages that your home displays? Or could you use some of the feng shui tips?
If your home doesn't display the template that you desire, use these feng shui tips to change it and watch your life change!
To Create More Abundance
Start by creating the feeling of luxury in your living space. Use your creativity! Buy inexpensive things like richly coloured fabric. Include a few items that appeal to your sense of self-indulgence.
Start with one room - maybe your bedroom. Drape your bed with the rich fabric. Add lots of pillows. Display pictures or photos that portray abundance to you. Create a 'treasure map' to hang on the wall. A treasure map is a collection of photographs or magazine cuttings that you have put together to convey the image of what you want to manifest... A vision board. Place the 'treasure map' where you can see it and it will soak into your subconcious mind.
To Create More Love In Your Life
Look to see what symbolises love to you and then fill your home with that. If the color pink reminds you of love - paint a pink wall in your bedroom. Put pink flowers in your lounge. If hearts remind you of love, put heart shaped pillows on your bed. Lots of them!
To Create More Passion in Your Life
My feng shui tips for this may seem obvious...
Purple velvet curtains, luxurious pink towels, candles everywhere, overlong curtains folding onto themselves as they lay on the floor, an assortment of pillows everywhere, a mix and match of colors and fabrics. Place bowels of flowers wherever you feel. Toss your shoes over your shoulders when you take them off. Throw a paisley shawl over the sofa. Put a burgandy scarf over the lampshade. Put an oversized nude painting, slightly skew, as the central focus in your living room. Spray flower essence throughout your home. Play your favourite romantic music. Of course, passion means different things to different people. Find out what it means to you and make a BIG show of it. It can be really fun! Maybe the energy in your home is too precise and confined for passion to enter and feel comfortable? Rearrange things. Create a template of passion and form will follow.
To Create More Fun in Your Life
If you feel depressed or heavy in your soul, try opening up your environment to light in every way. Open the curtains. Put candles everywhere. Try hanging gauzy fabric from the ceiling. Consider a bird for a pet! You will be amazed at the affect on your mood! One of my most effective feng shui tips is to use color. Happy colors! Use bright yellows and cheerful colors on your walls and in your home. Have a look at my color meditation page for more info on the moods of different colors.
Open the windows and let as much light in as possible. Put up a wind sock, colorful banners and a bird feeder. Put a whimsical sculpture in your living room. Paint one dining room chair with stripes and another with polka dots. Have fun, colorful, carefree household accessories and this will spill into your life.
To Create More Simplicity in Your Life
Get rid of absolutely everything you don't need or you don't love! Be ruthless. If you haven't used it in the last two years, get rid of it. If you haven't worn it in a year, get rid of it. Clear your cupboards, clear your coffee table, clean your shelves. Revel in the bare simplicity of your home and your life will begin to be more simple too. Great for stress relief!
To Release a Negative Past
As with all feng shui tips, the idea is to do in the material that which you strive for in the mental and emotional. So, to release a negative past, release all objects in your home that carry the energy into your present life.
The Zulus will burn clothes that someone wore when going through a difficult time to release the emotional residue left on the clothes. Some cultures will burn the clothes a woman was wearing when she gave birth so that she and the baby symbolically step into a new cycle.
If there are objects in your home that have bad memories associated with them or that were given to you by some one you don't feel good about, get rid of them. (Or clean them thoroughly.) The objects in your home should make you feel happy! Otherwise negative associations will drag down the energy in your home. When you shop for or aquire new items for your home, be aware of how you feel when you shop for it as this will affect the energy of the item once it is in your home. Mindfulness is the key! Get rid of 'unhappy' objects and you will feel more free to step forward in your life.
To Be Healthier in Your Life
There are two areas to work with here. The first deals with the physical environment. Check EMF's in your home and eliminate as many as possible. Invest in an air-purification system. Drink purified water. Check for allergens and find ways to neutralize them. Another way to create a 'health' template is to create an environment that feels healthy and vibrant. Put healthy plants everywhere. Color the walls bright, clear colors instead of murky ones. Put up photos of healthy looking people. Completely clean your home and cleanse the energies. The more energy and vitality your home projects, the easier it is for you to stay healthy and well.
To Be More Spiritual
Find photos or paintings of spiritual people or teachers who are on a path that you admire. Place these pictures in a prominent place. Not everyone likes the idea of gurus, in which case you can place reminders of Nature's creations around your home. Other good feng shui tips for creating a spiritual template include putting affirmations or inspirational quotes where you can see them. Write them in calligraphy, or have someone do it for you. Frame them and use as a decoration. Create a home altar to give your home a charge of spiritual energy. At it's most basic, an altar consists of a collection of physical objects that are symbolic of your connectin to spirit. It need not be big, a tabletop or part of a shelf will do. My altar in my home is a great source of comfort and connection to my spirituality. Your altar should be the center of your home and the energy will radiate out to the rest of your home.
To Be More Beautiful
To feel more beautiful, follow these feng shui tips and create beauty around yourself. Take time to be still and be aware of what represents beauty to you. A bowl of pink roses. Sunlight streaming through the window. Your child. The sound of birds. The taste of your favourite fruit. Buy one perfectly beautiful sheet for your bed and every time you get into bed feel yourself being enveloped by this perfect sheet. Create an environment that feels beautiful to you. The more you perceive, see, feel, smell, hear beauty all around you, the more beautiful you will become.
To Create More Peace in Your Life
Lots of feng shui tips here! To create more peace in your life fill your home with the energy and feeling of peace. Paint a room blue. Replace reds and oranges with blues and pastel colors. Get rid of any object that you don't like or anything that makes you feel irritated. You DON'T have to display it just because your granny gave it to you! Play soothing music. Dedicate your house crystals to peace. Have pots of ferns in your home. Invest in an aquarium with slow-moving, graceful fish. Create an indoor waterfall so that you can listen to the sound of water flowing. Display photos and paintings of peaceful nature scenes. Soften sharp corners by draping with soft fabric. Spray lavender aroma throughout your house periodically. When your home looks and feels like a sanctuary of peace, peace will fill your heart.
To Have More Adventure in Life
I think you can guess what feng shui tips I am going to give you? Create an environment that says 'I step beyond personal boundaries. I am willing to go for it in life.' No color-coordinated furnishings here. Be daring. Mix styles and textures. Put up photos of exotic places. Use your best stuff everyday. If you want more excitement and adventure in your life then break loose. Take risks in your home environment and this creates a template for you to step into adventures in life.

Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the imagination to make dreams and goals come true. Used in the right way, creative visualization can improve our life and attract success and prosperity. It is a power that can alter our environment and circumstances, cause events to happen, and attract money, possessions, work, people and love into our life. Creative visualization uses the power of the mind, and is the power behind every success.
By visualizing a certain event or a situation, or an object, such as a car, a house, furniture etc., we attract it into our life. It is a process that is similar to daydreaming. For some people, this might look like magic, but there is no magic involved, only the natural process of the power of thoughts and natural mental laws. It is like having a genie at your disposal!
There are people who use this technique naturally in their everyday affairs, not being aware that they are using some sort of power. All successful people use it consciously or unconsciously, attracting the success they want into their life, by visualizing their goals as already accomplished.

Im sure you have heard of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techinique) or Tapping as we call it.
Tapping on your accupunture or accupressure points each day is a wonderful was of releasing and also manifesting.
I receive a newsletter from Steve Wells each month on updates re the tapping teniques etc, he is an australian guy and his website is EFTdownunder.com some wonderful information on his site, last year he went to some seminars/workshops on TRE.(Trauma Release Exercises) I will post his comments on this here from his newsletter, Im starting today!!!

2. Tapping and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE): Combining their Power

Last year I participated in Level 1 and Level 2 training workshops in TRE - Trauma and Tension Release Exercises, with Dr. David Berceli. TRE is a gentle process of initiating the body's own natural shaking / tremoring process to release trauma and tension that is held in the body deep in the muscles and cells. It was a fantastic experience for me, and after my first 3-day workshop with Berceli I felt more grounded and centred than I had for a very long time. I had released a great deal of tension from my body. Not only that, I felt more alert, less anxious, and much less reactive to life's problems. TRE is now up there with tapping as one of the key strategies I use and recommend for relieving emotional and physical stress.
Training in TRE reminded me of the crucial importance of the body in helping us to process what has happened to us - and in order to do this the material must be processed effectively - and also just how much tension we have stored in our muscles and cells about which we are not fully aware. This stress and tension is even now draining our life energy and preventing us from living our lives fully. I also realised the potential for expansion from clearing that tension, and accessing higher states, which we cannot access as long as our bodies are bound up by the tension of past traumatic experiences and the general stresses of living.
During the TRE workshops I experimented personally with combining tapping, as used in Simple Energy Techniques (SET) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with the tremoring process. I found that not only did tapping facilitate the release of tension and assist the movement of energy through the body, it also helped me to more effectively manage the emotional side of this work. Sometimes when doing the shaking it was possible to access pain or past emotional trauma and the tapping worked brilliantly in concert with the TRE to gently facilitate the release of these blocks, allowing the free flow of life energy throughout the body, the effective reprocessing of traumatic material, and the return of body and mind to a state of balance.
After completing the Level 2 TRE workshop I spoke with David Berceli and Level 3 TRE Trainer Richmond Heath about my ideas for seeking synergies between these techniques, and looking at ways of combining their healing powers in order to increase the benefit and leverage the results that each achieves. My main interest is in making the process of releasing tension and trauma more gentle, more complete, and more efficient for both those using these techniques to help others, and those seeking relief, self-development and personal growth.
David and Richmond were open to the possibilities of looking at a combined workshop and this workshop with Richmond Heath will be our first exploration of how they can be used together. Yes, it will be exploratory. Those who attend will be helping us to learn how we can extend the results of both these brilliant approaches and how best to do this. If you attend you will be right at the cutting edge of exploring new potentials with these techniques.
This workshop will draw together those who are seekers of new ways of gaining and providing effective relief and release to emotional suffering and allowing life energy to flow.
This will firstly be an empowering weekend of releasing on the emotional, physical and energetic levels using what we already know about using these techniques. It will also be focused on finding new ways to encourage our energies to flow more easily, and releasing stuck emotional and physical and mental states. We'll explore the possibility of leveraging results through combining two very effective approaches within an atmosphere of warmth, fun, good connection and great group energy.
This is an unique opportunity to be one of the first to explore these new potentials in energy work. I am looking forward to it with excitement and anticipation and I hope to see you there.

Enjoying 2012
Hello Everyone,
A Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year :)
2012 - what does it mean for us? A new way of thinking I feel is what is meant for 2012 getting past the old patterns and believing in a new start and beginnings from this year forward. Putting into place a better way of thinking more spiritual aspects will enter our lives this year so that we can love more and be more tolerant, calmess is the way to go, thinking outside of the box in a positive way, let go and let flow are the words for this year :)
I find crystals help so much in this aspect of letting go, they have such wonderful energy, One Crystal to help with releasing old patterns is "Desert Rose Selenite" this crystal helps to dissolve self-imposed programs that have been running for too long. It releases the program and assists in finding an appropriate replacement. It can be used to strengthen affirmations of purpose......
This is the year of Health & Happiness - Many will find that they are wanting to change things in their life this year whether consciously or unconsciously but follow your heart and your dreams this year, many things can change for you if you want it, believe that the energy around you and also your Angels will guide you if make that first step to your emotional or financial freedom.. This is the year to do it!!! Some call it Divine Timing.
To go with the new energies a committment is required, Im hearing Practice makes perfect :) or practice your committment to the new you by daily affirmations, yoga, meditation whatever you do, your committment in this will keep your vibration in alignment with this year and beyond. A weekly ritual is good even if its just a time out for gratitude, whatever it is that you do it will always keep your vibration high and good things will just keep on coming for you...
My Angels tell me that there will be many healings this year and next, they are sending many colours of light to us so that we can be healed from past hurts or past issues this is their way of helping us move forward with this new energy from this year onwards. They say that people will become healers as well in their own right. Colour Therapy or Colour meditation will help many to heal. If you have the need for a particular colour, work with the Archangel who directs that ray. You may use the the colour breath to fill the whole body or just part of the body. This applies to pain or any area of the body that particullarly needs healing. You could just invoke the Angel of the Ray of the colour to which you are inituitively drawn.
White Ray - Archangel Metatron.....Invoking AA Metatron and using his white ray of brilliance brings unprecedented spiritual growth.
Pink Ray - Archangel Chamuel......The balanced Pink Ray is the union of Heaven & Earth made manifest within the human heart. It is the product of the marriage of the physical Red Ray with the White Ray of spiritual awakening and fullness.
Turquoise Ray - Archangel Haniel......This ray brings emotional freedom. confidence & inner strength, calmes the nerves and is a natural tranquillizer, unblocks emotional turmoil within and without.
Lilac Ray - Archangel Tzaphkiel......This ray helps with inner and outer journeys, altered states of reality, deep meditation. This colour (ray) is the third & 4th eye link or gateway to the unknown, links to the angelic realm, this colour can dissolve spiritual disease and old patterns of karma.
There are other transmuting rays, colours for example Ruby (for devotion & peace) Indigo (mysteries & miracles) Emerald green (for healing and divine vision) White Gold (illumination, wisdom)...
Blue ray will be associated with this year and will be to do with Planetary Healing, Archangel Sandalphon is guardian of the Earth, in charge of planetary healing, so you can invoke AA Sandalphon to help the planet and suffering in the world.
I will finish with an affirmation that can can carry us through this time of change.

A weekly ritual is good even if its just a time out for gratitude, whatever it is that you do it will always keep your vibration high and good things will just keep on coming for you...
My Angels tell me that there will be many healings this year and next, they are sending many colours of light to us so that we can be healed from past hurts or past issues this is their way of helping us move forward with this new energy from this year onwards. They say that people will become healers as well in their own right. Colour Therapy or Colour meditation will help many to heal. If you have the need for a particular colour, work with the Archangel who directs that ray. You may use the the colour breath to fill the whole body or just part of the body. This applies to pain or any area of the body that particullarly needs healing. You could just invoke the Angel of the Ray of the colour to which you are inituitively drawn.
White Ray - Archangel Metatron.....Invoking AA Metatron and using his white ray of brilliance brings unprecedented spiritual growth.
Pink Ray - Archangel Chamuel......The balanced Pink Ray is the union of Heaven & Earth made manifest within the human heart. It is the product of the marriage of the physical Red Ray with the White Ray of spiritual awakening and fullness.
Turquoise Ray - Archangel Haniel......This ray brings emotional freedom. confidence & inner strength, calmes the nerves and is a natural tranquillizer, unblocks emotional turmoil within and without.
Lilac Ray - Archangel Tzaphkiel......This ray helps with inner and outer journeys, altered states of reality, deep meditation. This colour (ray) is the third & 4th eye link or gateway to the unknown, links to the angelic realm, this colour can dissolve spiritual disease and old patterns of karma.
There are other transmuting rays, colours for example Ruby (for devotion & peace) Indigo (mysteries & miracles) Emerald green (for healing and divine vision) White Gold (illumination, wisdom)...
Blue ray will be associated with this year and will be to do with Planetary Healing, Archangel Sandalphon is guardian of the Earth, in charge of planetary healing, so you can invoke AA Sandalphon to help the planet and suffering in the world.

Surrender Box
A surrender box is a tool to let go of our burdens so the universe can take care of them for us.
There are times when our minds become too full. Our to-do lists, worries, plans, and dreams may be so crowded together in our heads that we don’t have room to think. We may believe that we are somehow taking care of our desires and concerns by keeping them at the forefront of our minds. In maintaining our mental hold on every detail, however, we may actually delay the realization of our dreams and the resolution of our worries because we won’t let them go. At times such as these, we may want to use a surrender box.
A surrender box allows us to let go of our worries and desires so the universe can take care of them for us. We write down what we want or need to happen and then place the note into a box. By writing and placing our thoughts in the box, we are taking action and letting the universe know we need help and are willing to surrender our feelings. We give ourselves permission to not concern ourselves with that problem any longer and trust that the universe is taking care of it. You may even want to decorate your box and place it in a special place. Your surrender box is a sacred container for your worries. Not only do you free up space in your mind by letting go of our worries and desires and dropping them into your surrender box, but you are giving your burden over to a higher power. Once we drop our worries and desires into the surrender box, we free our minds so we can be fully present in each moment.
Surrendering our worries and concerns and placing them in the hands of the universe doesn’t mean that we’ve given up or have been defeated. Instead, we are releasing the realization of our desires and the resolution of our worries and no longer concerning ourselves with their outcomes. It’s always fun to go back and pull the slips of paper out of the box once your requests have been granted. And it’s amazing how quickly problems go away and dreams come true when we finally let go and allow a higher power to help us.

Spiritual Growth Sessions
Hi Everyone,
Well here it is June already, time is flying by :) I wanted to let you all know that I am starting something new from home on the 24th June (A Friday). I will be doing 2 hour spiritual growth sessions starting at 11am. This is what I have in mind: -
Come & enjoy my Spiritual Sessions in a warm and happy environment, relax into the lounge suite, enjoy tea or coffee as we work through the many aspects of life that are affecting us today. A great way to keep focused on what you desire, a good followup from a reading to stay balanced and on track.
I will be working with Jerry & Esther Hicks, Florence Scovel-Shinn, and Dr Judith Orloff to name but a few……….. U Tube have provided some great short videos from these wonderful people and one or two will be played in a session, followed by discussion and practical application.
In the sessions I will also include a 7 minute chakra clearing meditation so we are open and relaxed.
Over time we will cover a range of topics from Angels to Crystals to Dream interpretation, vision boards, Meditation and many other subjects… please send any suggestions on topics that are important to you to the email below.
Once a month I will do Mediumship for people to connect with past love ones or their guides. A mini reading with my masterstones is also included or we can use the cards.

A Poem
Just felt like sharing a poem I wrote way back when.. with you :) It is called 'THOUGHTS'
Perched high up in a tree
watching the world passing by
People, clouds, forests I see
stretching forever the bright blue sky.
Time stands still for one so high
not much matters, who cares if you cry?
emotions hidden oh so deep!
Into the soul silently creep.
Memories of a forgotten time
into one's head slowly climb
tormenting and tugging at the heart
one must forget!
make a new start!
brand new horizons must ne plundered
and in doing this..Ive often wondered
will one be happy?
will one be free?
Everything seems possible
Perched high up in a tree....:)

2011 new beginnings
Hi All,
A Belated Happy New Year :) Well the start of 2011 has been horrendous with the floods, cyclones and earthquakes!! Goodness we are getting a shake up, but seeing all the people come together to help other people has been amazing, the world seems a better place when things like this happen.
Energies are high and the earth is shifting as we all are to a higher consciousness, LOVE is the word of now, send love, receive love, be love, this will take you to the new higher vibration..
Happenings : I moved house the very end of January, everything went pretty well not too much stress thankyou universe :) Loving the new place at Coolum, its peaceful and beautiful, lots of green and butterflies.....I was planning to do some beginners classes but at this stage they are not happening now, I guess it was timing, I will however be holding a Spiritual Development Workshop during the year. My Masterstone accredited classes will begin about late April at this stage. I will post more information close to the time. BUT I will be holding a meditation class every fortnight from the 31st March, we all need meditation at this time to release the stress in our busy world, all welcome, a small supper (tea & bickies) will be provided with a gold coin donation for any costs......This will be held at my new place in Peacock Court Coolum Beach.
I will be offering a special for March also with 3/4 hr phone readings for only $50 so book now to avoid missing out, this offer will be available from the 1st (tomorrow) March till the 22nd March.
As we are starting the new year ANEW I would like to give you a technique for cutting the ties with the past with the help of Archangel Michael : During the following technique you can visualise Archangel Michael's Sword of Protection and Truth as either gold metal or a living sapphire blue flame.
Ok Firstly seat yourself comfortably where you will be undisturbed. 2. Visualise roots growing out of the soles of your feet to ground and strebghten you. 3. Allow your breathing to become easy and natural. 4. Summon Archangel Michael and his "legions of light" alighn yourself with this energy, Ask Michael to cut away all binding ties and cords, removing energy implants and release spirit attachments. 5. Feel or sense Archangel Michael going through each of your chakra centres and working through your aura. 6. Be aware of the process, and see or feel the ties being cut or disincarnate entities being taken up to the light by Archangel Michael. 7. To close the healing session, ask Archangel Michael to wrap you in his blue cloak, which will gently heal any holes or gaps within your aura and give protection while the healing process is completed.
This is a wonderful way of letting go of anything that no longer serves you. Here is a little poem that I wrote today called LETTING GO..

UPDATE ON CLASSES
Hi again,
Just a note to let you know that the classes I listed on my last blog are to be changed.
I am moving house end of January which will in the middle of classes so once Im settled in the new place at Coolum I will be free in February to start, I will advise of the dates as soon as I can.
The Masterstone class will not be happening in February now BUT I am going to hold ongoing monthly accredited classes on The Masterstones, with a certificate gained at the end, I will advise more once again when Im settled in.
New Moon today so a great day for manifestation for everyone so put those dreams out there.

Getting close to Xmas now! the rush is on :) Just a few items to inform you about, Firstly, I am holding classes from the 19th January 2011 Wed nights for 4 weeks starting at 6.30pm to 8.30pm......Im calling it Working With The Angels, I will cover a range of topics over the 4 weeks but the first class we will be connecting with your Angel/s. Each class is ony $15.00 per person.
In February I will be holding a Masterstone Class on how to use the masterstones for your spiritual needs. This will be on Sat'day the 19th February rom 10am to noon, cost is $30.

CRYSTALS, Crystals & more Crystals
Hi Everyone,
Crystals you say? Oh what amazing energy they exude, crystals are sent from above I feel, not only the look and feel that has us in awe but the vibrtaion of energy that comes from Crystals...
I have been channelling with my personal crystals at present to raise my vibration for the coming of the new era in 2012. The energy is high as from 10/10/2010, there seemed to be an opening on that day for us to raise above the earthly planes to a deeper understanding and by using your crystals to do this is a wonderful thing. Clarity and change come with certain crystals but no matter what you like or resinate to they will work for you.
I always feel that when looking to get a crystal or a new one, they pick us as its always a feeling that we get when we pick the one we want.

Crystals you say? Oh what amazing energy they exude, crystals are sent from above I feel, not only the look and feel that has us in awe but the vibrtaion of energy that comes from Crystals...
I have been channelling with my personal crystals at present to raise my vibration for the coming of the new era in 2012. The energy is high as from 10/10/2010, there seemed to be an opening on that day for us to raise above the earthly planes to a deeper understanding and by using your crystals to do this is a wonderful thing. Clarity and change come with certain crystals but no matter what you like or resinate to they will work for you.

New things & Spring
Hello everyone,
I have to apologise for the delay in posting, but I have finally found some time to sit and write.
Lots have been happening, I hope everyone manifested all that they needed in the last 6 weeks, The Full moon was beautiful as usual in September and I personally threw out all the things that I did no longer need in my life, thoughts, items, past issues, I asked that whatever needed being tossed, went, and you know amazingly new things started to appear the very next day!! love how it works!
I have also started in earnest again my affirmations, sometimes we forget how important they are, and you know things are flowing again nicely... I will add one affirmation that I use which seems to work so well for me and Im sure it will for you too...it goes :I NOW DRAW FROM THE ABUNDANCE OF THE SPHERES MY IMMEDIATE AND ENDLESS SUPPLY, ALL CHANNELS ARE FREE, ALL DOORS ARE OPEN!! love this one and thankyou universe!!
I have also decided to refurbish my Gratitude journal/note book, being grateful for the things you have in your life brings so much more to you.......Spring is in the air, so a good time to clear out your clutter and start afresh as I am doing here for me, any change is a good change. So clear that clutter folks, bring in the new!
When using my angel cards the last month one of the Archangels keeps being presented to me this is Archangel Chamuel - he is the finding angel, he helps in finding lost items as well as finding the things we are wanting, like where we want to be or where we belong, he helps us with finding a soulmate connection also so if you are wanting and searching ask Chamuel to help you, he will help you find what you need..
Crystals: Im feeling the amazing energy of the crystals aound me at present there seems to be an energy that is flowing at this present time, time seems to be speeding up and so is the energy...If you have some crystals sourround yourself with them as this is will raise your energy levels right now. Put your intentions into your crystals and this energy will flow to your dreams and intentions, I find that visions and dreams are sometimes profound when I use and have my crystals around me. I especially love is Beryl (not only because it rhymes with Sheryl haha) but it helps shed baggage, represents purity, actualising potential, activates crown and solar plexus chakras, enhances courage, releives stress and calms the mind and re-awakens love....what a beautiful crystal and I was very lucky to be given a piece by a dear friend recently and this has certainly helped, thankyou I am very grateful!
Work in Progress: I have mentioned my stones to you many times, my masterstones and also my new Spirit Stones, I have been very fortunate and now have them on display and for sale at Spiritual Connections, Maroochydore. Thankyou Kerin for this opportunity. This & That :)
A beautiful sunny day here on the Sunshine Coast day and of course its Election Day so hope everyone has cast their vote. A bit hard to choose this time I felt but Im predicting Julia by a narrow margin....Whoever wins lets ask the universe that they do a wonderful job for us :) and with tongue in cheek may the best man win lol..
Angel Cards - I do love my angel cards and I have a few that I read with, I have a pack that was my original pack bought about 4 years ago, lovely and well used now, so it came to me perhaps I need to get a new pack, its hard to let go of the originals so Im in a dilema as to whether buy the same ones (new) or go for something different? I think I will go and browse and go with my intuition when I get there. If I get a new pack I want everyone to come and have a reading with them, I will offer a special price.
Finally got my labels this week to put on my bottles of oils, so they should be ready very soon for purchase.
Wellness & Awareness Day - The Peregian Hotel is holding a special day on August 29th (Sunday) 10 to 4 - There will be lots to do, healings, readings, gonging, talks and lots of displays on natural products ect to buy or try. I will be a reader on the day so love to see you all there Only $20 for readings and healings etc.
Meditation - This has become so important in these times of busyness and stress, I cannot recommend enough that a small amount of time meditating each week can give you such peace of mind and clarity, the peace you feel helps enormously with our day to day lives. There are many types of meditation and rituals, choose what you feel comfortable with and practise, you and your body will thank you. If you feel you do not have the time or space at home a class is very helpful. Ommm.

Workshop
Hello again,
Just letting you know that my workshop went wonderfully well last Saturday, we did emotional freedom, creating a sacred space and more, we all enjoyed the eft (emotional freedom techniques), we were tapping away and had lots of fun. You can find EFT on UTube for lots of varieties of this technique. I did find a simpler way through this website www.eftdownunder.com Two Aussies came up with SET (simple energy technique) and it was easy and simple to follow, check it out :)
A reminder that i have a special on this month on readings for the first 2 weeks only though, check previous post.
I have always been interested in reincarnation and read whatever is available on the subject, recently I required 2 books that I would like to recommend
1. Soul Survivor - Bruce & Andrea Leininger (A boy who rembers a past life)
2. Old Souls - Tom Shroder (children/people from all countries that have knowledge of their previous lives)
Affirmations: I can highly recommend LAW OF ATTRACTION DAILY AFFIRMATIONS, you can view them on U Tube now, sometimes we just need a boost and I think by daily affirmations things really come to us, whatever way we ask, these are positive and powerful ones to use :)

Update & Angels
Hello again.
Just a quick note to clarify that i will not be going to England to do my new work its all done in the comfort of my home via link up with my telephone. So all good :)
I have also downloaded Skype and have a webcam as well, Im still getting used to it but I am sure it will all work out, my skype name is mediumsheryl if anyone wants to add me to their skype contacts..
I am looking forward to my workshop this weekend, busily preparing notes etc, but it will be a fun experience as well.
SPECIAL FOR AUGUST: 1st to 14th
I would also like to mention that I am offering a special on readings for the first 2 weeks in August, this is either face to face or phone readings... all 1 hour readings will only be $55.00.
Or if you bring or send a friend it will be $50 on confirmation of their booking.

As you know I work with the Angels and feel they are strong in presence at the moment because of the global woes , our economic situation and stress related to this. I ask that you ask your Angels to help in any situation that you are finding hard to deal with at the moment, they will help you, please Trust that they are always with you and answer every prayer, even in unusual ways..
If anyone has a story regarding Angels or an angelic experience they may have had please comment below, I love to hear how they help. Angels can show themselves in many forms even as a bird, animal, butterfly, dragonfly or other and we sense that they are angels, they resonate with what you resonate with to let you know they are around.
As you know we can pray to our Archangels as well the higher realm of angels, many people feel close to Archangel Michael, he is very powerful and our protector but all angels will help you :)
